The rind, which is the green skin that keeps all that water-logged delicious fruit safe, is completely edible. It is high in vitamins B and C. Many recipies is made with this watermelon rind from desserts to salads.
Ingredients Needed
1-1/2 cup watermelon rind
2 tbsp ghee
2 tsp besan flour
1 tbsp sooji rava
Sugar(according to your taste)
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Crushed pistas
Adding milk also enhances the flavour. But I want to make it simple and this way without adding milk tastes good.
