
Uttappam is another healthy breakfast recipe from south india. This recipe is prepared with rice and urad dal batter which is used for preparing idli and dosa. Uttappam is little thicker when compared to dosa. Uttappam is topped with different types of veggies of your choice. This recipe is quite colourful so kids will love it. This is a great recipe which can be packed for lunch box for your kids
To make Uttappam more tastier and yummier I have added grated cheese into it.
