Aloo Gobi Recipe

Aloo Gobi is the perfect vegetarian dinner made with fresh cauliflower and potatoes steamed and sautéed, this is a perfect side dish for roti and rice.

Aloo Gobi can be served over basmati rice, or with naan bread and some chopped cilantro as garnish.

Ingredients Needed

2 patatoes.
1 small size cauliflower.
Oil
Termeric powder
Chilli powder
Coriander powder
Cinnamon sticks
Cloves
Fennel seeds
Cardamom
Rd 2 tbsp
Cashew nuts 3 tbsp
Water
Coriander leaves
Ground black pepper 1 tbsp
Salt as required
