Sooji Fingers is delicious and healthy, Tea Time snack. It’s a perfect appetizer or a teatime snack. They become delicious crackly crispy outside when it is fried. it tastes perfect with green chutney or coconut chutney both.
It is named fingers because it is shaped like a finger. It is an easy snack recipe which is prepared easily and tastes good as a light appetizer. Many recipes are prepared with rava this snack is one of my favourite one.

Ingredients Needed
1 cup rava/sooji
1/2 cup curd
1 TSP(garlic & green chilli paste)
Salt
1/2 cup water for mixing the batter
Set aside(25 min)
After 25 min
Add 1 tbsp sugar(optional)
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp oil
Mix again add into the greased pan and steam cook for 25 min, once it is slightly warm cut them into fingers.
For tempering
2 tbsp oil
1 TSP mustered seeds
Broken red chilli 2
Few curry leaves
Fry sooji fingers on low flame until all the sides are crisp.
