BEETROOT FRY IN COCONUT MILK

An easy Beetroot fry recipe that you can make with minimum ingredients that still tastes good. enjoy it with some rice and your favorite curries. Beetroot as a vegetable in your diet can be a good source of extra nutrients. this beetroot stir fry would be a great side dish to add.
Ingredients:
3 large Beetroots, peeled and then cut into thin strips of 1 inch or half
1/4 cup water
4-5 curry leaves
1 medium-sized onion sliced fine
4 garlic cloves cut into thin slices
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 tbs chiilli flecks
1 cup coconut milk
Salt to season
